I downloaded this movie it was labeled RealVideo...
after I downloaded it was .rm....a format I've never heard of before...
I can't play it since I don't have what it needs to be played...whatever that is...
what is this thing?

You need RealOne Player or the older Real Player to play vids in that format.
It comes with ad-ware, if I remember correctly.

real media, for real player,
there are alot of third party media players like bs player and fusion that
will play real media files
im not sure if the above mentioned will acutally play rm files, but there are other choices.
i suggest bs player and fusion cuz they are choice.

Do a software search for "realone" on Kazaa, you should find plenty of copies available.

I would recommend Real Player 8 Plus instead of RealOne.
