ok so he joined on 2nd Dec 2003. Made no posts and is already using pm. No doubt its an alias of a member of this board.
Only an admin can confirm the ip when he registered to other members ip. But I doubt that as it is a cumbersome process.
I doubt if you will get more pm's from him.
