How Do I Make Vcd's ?

Hello!

I have a new computer and the only burning software that came with it is Record Now and it does not seem to be able to burn VCD. Which software do I need to turn a DivX .avi or MPG file into a VCD on a CD?. And then exactly how do I use that software to do it?(I need a step by step instruction)

You must have a Easy CD-DA extractor or you surt www.download.com and some software you need.

well you need tmpgenc to encode it http://www.tmpgenc.net
and you need http://www.nero.com to burn it
