Personally, I always just choose the cheapest Optical mouse, I can find.

Don't buy expensive ones anyway it's external use only.

I have a microsift optical mouse and its really good for my laptop.
I like it because you dont need a mouse pad or anything. You can use it on your head if you wanted and it works perfectly.
If you are going to get a mouse get an optical one.
