What's up with this?

Infrequent lurker of this forum, but have noticed the following message going on multiple days now:

"You have reached your 24-hour download limit of 2"

I haven't been here in 2 days. What gives?

Well, according to the list ... one should have 2 per day.
But... i even don't have that under 20 posts.. so no clue if this is working atm.
