And since there is no one that was hurt or claiming restitution in the case, who gets the 450 million dollars??

To be brutally honest, you lose me at the Brandon idiocy. If you want my opinion of Joe Biden, it would be better if he passed away if this didn't mean that Harris was the de facto candidate as then the Dems could maybe run someone decent for the job. I still would not vote for Trump though because all those workers he allegedly employs are in Asian sweatshops whereas in 'merica he is legendary for stiffing people.
