Those things aren't deleted, just moved to a folder called "Old Firefox Data" in the desktop in case you need to return to them. I'd just reinstall the addons and consider this a victory, though
That's DNS over HTTPS. If you use some systemwide DNS-based blocking, notice slowdowns or don't trust their partner (i.e. Cloudflare), or all three as in my case, you should turn it off setting network.trr.mode to 5 in about:config.Now being greeted by some message at the top of the screen about "Your privacy matters. Firefox now securely routes you DNS requests whenever possible to a partner to protect you while you browse." Maybe I need to disable that?
