Oooooooookay...so, Trump inherits an aviation apparatus/bureaucracy from Joe Biden, and ten days later, a horrific mid-air collision occurs over Washington DC.
You supposition is - somehow - Trump's actions on 1/20/21/22 immediately manifested in the sudden and total incompetence of DC ATC.
Also, that Trump's "buyout/retirement demand" caused relevant DC ATC staff to leave DC airspace unsupervised.
Not so oddly, Newsweek finds itself similarly afflicted by TDS, but, reason having reasserted itself, concluded (check this yourself) that-
"There is currently no indication that Trump's executive order played a role in the accident involving the two aircraft carrying 60 passengers and four crew members."
