I'd say that native Americans have a pretty solid ancestral claim to the US. Being that the US has just reached 249 years, their claim is 4x more current than the claim had by Jewish peoples to Israel.

Should we drip 50,000 native Americans in the middle of New York, arm them to the teeth, give them nukes, and drive out the people currently living there?

And when they decide they need more land, continue to supply them with more advanced weaponry to support their inhalation of the next area killing men, women, children?
