Do People Get Moderated?

I would like to know if people can get moderated for bumping dumb shit like this, and if not, why? what are your thoughts on this?

i think it woudl be realyl stupdi to get moderated for bumping threads look at the ruels is there a rule saying bumping threads we do not allow

You cant get moderated for that but you can get moderated for posting links to Goatsex too many times and disrespeacting a mod.

that's exactly what i'm talking about, if people bump things that are clearly irrelevant and useless, is that ok? i'm thinking once in a while, it's ok but maybe there should be some type of unofficial limit on that type of thing? or am i out of order?
