If this is an error that I need to go on to th MS knowledge base for perhaps some one can let me know the error reference to search under.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I haev run a couiple of AV scans. Trendmicro found a virus one of which it was unable to clean so i deleted the file (C:windows\system32\syscfg32.exe). Panda AV was not able toeither prevent the infection or to even find the virus.

Now the problem has stopped but instead I get a TMG Norton AV 2004 Keygen crack opening up regardless of who logs in. THe crack is by MAc & Xor37H?

Any ideas on what i should do next?

well.... you do seem to be in a mess

this is how I would tackle the problem if it were me

download and install norton av (doesn't have to be 2004)

Update it and then do a complete scan with it

Scan with Ad-Aware 6 or similar

Then hopefully you should be in a better position to see whats wrong
