It says that it is 10:34secs long. I think when it is around 5:34 it stops, then at 7:09sec it starts. I don't think it is the same song.

it's just a hidden track, they are pretty commonplace these days, and have been for years.

yes. it isn't hard to comprehend. track 11 plays, there is about 2 minutes of silence, then "omgit'stehhiddentrackwtf". shocker for sure!
