Windows Media Player 9

hi! i updated my xp wmp to the 9 series and now all my 16.9 movies now only play in that format where as they used to playback full screen can anyone help me fix this problem or tell how to go back to wmp8 please

The only way to remove WMP9 is with system restore. Damn MS always make it so difficult to remove their software.

I use 2 versions of wmplayer : WMP9 and WMP6.4(this one I renamed to mplayer2)
you can even run them at the same time !

go to c:\program files\windows media player\ and the setup is in there just slect mplayer2

i just tried it on mplayer2 and its the same ,i'll just have to system retore it
