Invalid Part.met Fileversion (help?)

yes i have a couple of invalid part.met fileversions
due to power failures
how can i fix them ?
i know there is a german tools site
but i've lost the link , anyone got a link to this ?

but i can't read german !!!
anyone got a walk through on how to do this in english ?

with the nearing demise of K-Lite this is a great opportunity for some
K-Lite tool programmers to make our community some great english tools
for emule,bittorent & soulseek because some of the ones i've downloaded off
bittorent require a quick system restore afterwards ?!
