Thread: Advice Needed

  1. #1
being a novice at this please accept my appologies in advance......

How would one complete a simple task of burning a very large mp3 file to CD when it will not fit a single cd ?

Obviously you need to split this and put it on multiple CDs, I assume there is a simple way to do this so any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

of course it will fit if you burn as data

if you burn as audio size does not matter at all only time

It's exactly what Adster said. The file size should fit. But if the track runs over 70 or 80 minutes or so it will not fit and you would have to split the track.

Get yourself a music editor like Audacity and open your music file in there. Then just edit the track. (I'm pretty sure there are better programs out there and I'm sure that some people on the board will tell you )
