Need Help

Can someone tell me what does this happen? Whenever i downloaded a song for example sum 41, then i start listerning to it and it's fine. Later on in the song it get screw up and i hear buzz and beep. I redownloaded the song from different users and i always get the same results why? Do i need to upgrade something? Please Help Me and thanks for reading this.
