you dont need no dll files for this to work, ulike dietk, i use them together and they are excellent!

1) uninstall the package (keeping klr, kazaa.exe)
2) install kazaa lite (for reg keys)
3) run klr
4) and it works

I think DietK does not have a simple participation hack ...

But - DietK 2.6 does runs on Win98 ...

you can restore the part level with dietk (back to 100),

you could see if the klcheater (used in old kl versions) works, ive got it if you want it i will email it too you if you would like (its only 27k)

this kazaakpp26.zip uses the same kazaa.exe that comes with kmd, plus it installs spyware (cydoor, topsearch) it's simpler to just install klite 243 and download KLR (or dietkaza) and get kazaa.exe via p2p:

and pop them in your klite folder, since klite runs on kpp.exe/kazaalite.kpp and klr runs via klr.exe/kazaa.exe they can co-exist in the same folder without conflict (except the skins)

make a few additions to your hosts file, if you dont want ads, and you're set

127.0.0.1 desktop.kazaa.com
127.0.0.1 ssm.kazaa.com
127.0.0.1 ssa.kazaa.com

then you can run kpp.exe for v243 or klr.exe for v260 (untill someone comes out with a REAL klite 260)
