    no it's not the same as my below post cos I know whats wrong now, the movie is corrupt and goes out of sync and virtualdub says:



    so I need to re-encode the audio, so how do I extract the audio fully uncompressed, re-encode it and paie it up with the avi?

    are you wanting to leave the avi as it is and just add the wav file bakc into Avi, or you planning on encoding to Vcd.
