Every permanent shortcut is organised away into the folders. I only use my desktop for temporary files etc.

it's a known issue with Pipex webspace...sometimes images take a while to load...look again though and you'll see it
edit: the url of the pic you quoted is incorrect...did you change it?

save the image as whatever you like
upload the image to an image host details
link to the location of the pic on the host
