As for your second question, no... my Photoshop skills are very limited. Luckily, it is pretty easy to make one of these. Just use Amazon.com for the album arts (so they are all the same size), tilt and layer them to your liking, and, this is key, use the drop shadow feature on each layer to give the illusion of depth (see the tiny shadows left by the upper covers on the lower covers?). Enjoy.

What will make it easier to read your icons is to screen the art with a new layer of white with opacity of 33%. Add Layer above all other layers and slide the opacity slider to the left until you get between 25%-35%. I've made hundreds of pda backgrounds/themes and this technique makes it great for both worlds, the art and the use.
