    I assume you are talking about leaving food out too long, its called the danger zone and you will have to do your own research on it, but certain foods at certain temps are perfect hibernation zones for germs such as salmonella
    BBQ is no more to get you sick as deep fat frying, its all in the way its prepared

    The only thing I can think of is the Tomatoes in the ingredients - It's perishable, so can lead to food poisoning if left for a bit.

    But there's also an ingredient that's called Glucose-Fructose syrup in the sauce - i.e. sugar. The sugar could promote growths and moulds in the sauce - Need I say more?

    That's all I can think of - It's been 18 months since I last touched GCSE Food Tech, and I don't think that was on the paper at the time
