    This is for my friend...the 9600XT runs 175Mhz faster core and 100Mhz faster memory speed I believe...Which one is better tho?

    Aight thanks adam..but what makes it better? It runs slower..is it the 8pipelines that the 9600 dont have?

    the 9800 non pro is just an underclocked 9800 pro with slightly slower ram, great performance. You can usually find them for $250 at circuit city

    Yeah but the 9600XT is still clocked higher..what makes it not as good?

    How long will it take for games to use 256MB of ram?? Cuz he could save 150 bux and get the 128MB version and use that for an upgrade later..he says like 4 months and some games will require 256MB...i dont really believe that tho..any ideas?
