Hi

my friend and me played xbox live for the first time sence he got it, i have had it for around 5 months now and i love it, anyway his voice seems to cut out alot its very hard to understand what he is saying, it sounds choppy. I was wondering if it was a network problem or a microphone problem, it isnt his router because he took it out once and it still didnt sound right, it could be his DSL is too slow but its the same speed as mine and i have no problem. it could just be his microphone, if u have had this problem and know what is wronge with it advice would be very helpfull

its the game your in the host just doesnt have a good speed and its chopping up the sound... whats your gamertag and games?

haha... jsut to let you know MS will change it for you over phone just call
1-800-4-MYXBOX and they will move everything over for free and they just ogtta tlak to the CC holder
