I just bought a TV Tuner Card and I was looking for a cable descrambler.
Am i just wasting my time...or is there a descrambler that works? If there is or if there is any other tweaks for a TV Tuner card... let me know please!

There are plenty of Analogue descramplers....I have yet to here of a 'Universal' digital descrambler that works.
An It Harm None, Do What You Will
Where Do you get them...i found a couple but i don't think they work right.
There is software that will stabalize the scrambled channels. It is still in its early stages of developement.
It doesn't seem to work with XP(yet), but it did work fine with Win98.
The software is by "Dark Mind" WinTV01
