I'm also in PST -8 GMT(Oregon) however I have to set the Board setting for the Alaska time which is -9 GMT.
So, there is something quirky going on in KL. You can set yours for Alaska and see if that fixes the time. Maybe someone will see this and discover how to make the correction in KL.
NOTE: I have Daylight Savings Time> UNCHECKED! (not in effect) so, it's nothing to do with that.

Guess the simple solution for anyone is to just adjust your setting for -1 hour GMT less than what you normally would to be in sync with the time in your particular zone.
But, also raises the question...what do folks in Alaska do if they are experiencing the same condition?
