Me Resigning + New Admin

No offense to the new admin... but i do agree that one of the mods should have been chosen to take it over.

i do as well not saying that either are going to be bad or anything and if paul and vb appointed them as admins they did it for a reason. but i feel a mod should have been given the chance since they know so much about the members and how things are right now.
