    thanks for the bump

    i never knew this before i am trying to learn downloading using this....can some one tell me who uploads all the files here, how do i seed back... how does it work

    with irc, you can leech. you have to find a channel that has bots for the type of files you want. the bots have commands to trigger them to send files.

    the chans usually display the commands on a timer. some bots have queues in which you have to wait. but if there's no queue, they'll send the file instantly.

    off the top of my head, that's a basic rundown.

    Accepting send Connection failed ok i just tried downloading a file...after a few tries i was finally able to accept the file..but it says connection failed, what could be the possible reasons..... is it because i am downlaoding at max speed in my utorrent,...i have also added mirc to firewall exceptions.

    looking at the status window, does it say extension banned or something similar? if so you'd need to adjust that setting in preferences. that's the only thing that comes to mind.
