I've never used Alcohol (software that is , have used the real thing many times ). But there are many software that create virtual drives so you can use it as a cd/dvd drive, which is useful (some cases needed) to play cd's and dvd's you author on your pc.

I think that's normal for having an image drive. Like CD Space.

i think thats just the default labeling for alcohol
i'm assuming you didnt have an (e drive before?
cause when i installed it, it installed me a (g drive, labeled dvd
i already had a-f drives, so it just jumped to the next drive letter

thats a virtual drive. Daemon tool does this too, its used if you are wanting to watch a dvd, install a game etc without burning the files to a CD
