A Geezer is just a man, like "Bloke". Bar Steward = Bastard. (or Barman)
so j'pol is calling everyone bastards?

depending on the context, geezer can be used to describe a 'dodgy' man or a cool man.
for example "he's a bit of a dodgy geezer, that michael jackson"
or "he's a top geezer, richard whitely"

the movie is lock,stock,and two smoking barrels
the guy with the pony tail is talking about robbing the guys selling the weed and he says "i'm a geezer" now,
i always thought he was meaning to say something like "i'm a man" meaning "they are boys, and i'm a man, i can kick their ass"
but maybe i got it all wrong
Edit: thanks to a helpful member who gave me this link in pm, here is a paste from a translator site
geezer Noun. 1. General term for a man, however the word can imply more specific qualities, see version 2.
2. A confident man with masculine qualities, very much 'laddish' in nature and respected.
* Also occasionally spelt geeza.
ok it is saying a geezer can mean something like the way we would say "jock"
i think except jocks are really respected in the usa, whereas the definition of geezer does mention respect
