I am 110% against the death penalty. I mean, not because a man or woman commits murder doesn't mean we have the right to put them to death...that would make us murderers as well. No man have the right to take another's life no matter the circumstances (man did not make man, god did...so only he have the right) I believe in a fair trial. If a person is found quilty beyond a reasonable doubt, then yes that person should pay and pay dearly but not by the electric chair or lethal injection. They should be locked up behind bars or put in a dark cell somewhere for the rest of their natural life. That will teach them a thing or two even though it won't matter much in the end since they will never see the light of day.
