firebird ownz!!!!!!
I remember when it was at 0.1, all it had was refresh, back buttons and address bar. Look how far it has come!!

I agree that most IE addons (NetCaptor, MyIE, Avant) are the way to go. They all have tons of features, are faster than normal IE, and most sites work on them. Firebird is pretty good, but it's too bent on standards support which screws up a lot of sites (especially older ones, which are coincidentally the really good ones), plus i don't have time to screw around with the extensions - i'd rather have a full package in NetCaptor than have to search, download, etc. all sorts of extensions for Firebird, which btw slow it down.
For me Opera is still the fastest although i rarely use it - to me its the Mac of borwsers - tried to be different than everyone else and ended up being crap. It doesn't support some very basic CSS (but does support some more advanced CSS), which makes it the least overall website-compliant browser from the three.
