Not Dling Or Sharing

Hey Folks,
All the sudden, I can't DL a movie past 63KBS, nor can I share my files! Fix?

now tell us more so maybe we can help, what have you changed, are you low on HD space, have you read the faq, try removing all the files in your shared folder
