these appear as one long mp3, and are basically a full album in one track
you can download albumwrap files from k-lite, but you'll need a program called "albumwrap extractor" to break them up into the single tracks
you can also download full albums in archived format (e.g. zip, rar, tar) but these may contain a virus...

some of them may work their way to the FastTrack network, but you'll find quite a lot of this type on the ed2k network.
Except for the very obscure & rare, it's all I use for music anymore.
