Well I've just formated my drive and installed win xp pro but still getting same problems.

Mate if your just had a new mobo,ram..you could check your memory setting in bios,like the timiing,etc.They may need a bit of tuning...could be why its laging,crashing on games..etc

The motherboard/memory was installed by trained professionalls (TIME computers) and it's been inspected before getting sent back so I doubt it's that.
Who told you a trained professional had worked on your computer?
Why would a trained professional need to have his work double-checked?

Yeh, thats probaly what they do at TIME! Not as bad as tiny though who glue in computer parts
