I don't really think I have been up to much specifically just a combination of things. I wasn't really having much fun here a while ago though and thought taking some time out might help.

only 1 hour of work left and then I am on holiday till 5th Jan

Yeah, I can relate to the "time away" deal.... I've taken a few of those now an' again.

I'm doin pretty much ok rite now.... not perfect, but meh.... good enough I s'pose.

Oh, yer still workin then? Do you only come here while yer at work, or do you pop in from home too?

I'm off today an' tomorrow.... go back in Friday.... off the weekend.... go back Monday an' Tuesday.... off the 31st an' 1st.... back again Friday the 2nd.... off the weekend....

Sounds kinna crazy don't it?

yeah it is silly having to come in on those odd days in between - luckily i took them off as holiday

I do come on from home but I tend to get sidetracked by other things, a different forum, msn, something on Soulseek or chatting crap with my mates in the living room

There was a helluva lot of bad feeling when I decided to do the break, seems to be better now though

I ain't been there long enough to have accrued any vacation days yet, so I can't do that.

An' I can't not go in, else I wouldn't get paid for the holidays.

Yeah, well there's still some of that here an' there, but at least this thread is somewhat immune from the pettiness.... kinna like a little bit o' Sheringham on the KLB.

Yes an' no.... they'll still be runnin the prduction lines, so there'll be stuff to do, but I doun't think we'll have as much truck traffic at the docks.
