Fat Bastard has done it properly by placing the link in the sig. I believe that is the only acceptable method of advertising another forum.
I would take this to include any other forum, whether or not you are an admin or a mod there. If this is not the case I am sure an admin or mod will clarify the position for us.9. Sharing your website or forum with other forum members is only allowed within your signature or your profile. This board is not a public noticeboard for you to advertise on.
