Well we can take YIM off, becuase they thinks that they can make a profit by charing people soon.

Msn has alwayz served me right, sep hotmail gets to much spam.

For Aim, well come on do i have to say anything.

i use gaim, it's available from sourceforge.

i heard miranda is good too, though.

i wouldn't dream of using anything other than those two.

well, maybe the hushmail messenger, i'll check that one, see if it looks good.

i use yahoo and aim. all my friends use aim so thats what use to talk to them. i only have about 2 buddies on msn cause I don't know anyone who uses it, but i think msn would be the best if my friends used it. however, yahoo is good too. its too hard to pick one. i have trillian too, but i hate it. I'm not exactly sure why but i do. like, you cant connect with people when you use trillian.

may I suggest hushmail.com their messenger is always encrypted so no one can read it

Yeah, well trillian also has encrypted...
    however... two things.

    1) WHO would spend their time reading someone's convos? Imagine it... someone at a computer... reading a convo... god. that would be so boring, and nothing to get out of it.

2)WHY would you even NEED to have it all secret? What are they gonna do, steal your jokes? lol.... I mean, okay, maybe get a credit card number... but I don't really mention shit like that to my friends, don't see why.

    3) [No, I cannot count] I apologize, because I don't intend to diss your messenger program, or you... I just find some things sort of... pointless. Kinda like those AOL disks they send out with the free hours and it's like "sort your email by date, sender, and junk!" "kill popups!" and the like. When you can do that without AOL.
Well... I am getting off subject now. Just an analogy.

    bye
