I just discovered the answer this morning. If it is in albumwrap mp3 format, here is the site where you can download the free AlbumWrap Extractor. Pretty cool. Instead of one big mp3, you end up with seperated mp3's.

    I use Soundforge 6.0

I load the whole song in..
Cut the first song from the album from the beginning untill the beginning of the next song..
    Open a NEW window..
Paste it in there.. save it as Artist - 01 - song name

Cut the second song the same way...
    Open a NEW window..
Paste in in there.. save it as Artist -02 - song name..

    Etc. etc...

    Hope it helps!

    Try AlbumWrap Extractor.
I believe that will only work if the file in question is in their '_ALBW' format. If you're talking about splitting one big .mp3, it's going to be a bit tedious but you could use:

    http://www.goldwave.com

I might be easier to just look for each individual song on Kazaa.

    You should have save them!!

    Remember?

Cut the first song from the album from the beginning untill the beginning of the next song..
    Open a NEW window..
Paste it in there.. save it as Artist - 01 - song name

Just click the first CUT window you made.. and click File/save as and select Wave (windows) *.wav
and for the best Quality click TEMPLATE select 48,000 hz 16 Bit!

and close the windows after that! (He gives a message click NO&#33

Do the same with the other files!
He makes a lot of TEMP files in the folder you save the files to... delete everything that is not the song you saved!
(so first make a NEW folder, or you delete files that you need! )

    Good Luck! (Soundforge Rulez&#33

    Love to help...

And the quality that Soundforge saves his files with, is amazing!
Other program's can do cool stuff, but your files just don't sound the same!

    See Ya!

    And Jah Bless!
