Win 2k Burning Question

okay this is probaly a newbie question but this is my first time doing this!!

I have win 2k on CD i want to burn it to another CD but copy the files across and burn them using Nero okay heres the questions

Do i burn them as data?
is there a bin and cue file i create? if so what are they and whats the file called, how do I create the bin and cue file??

any help will be most apreciciated

If you are copying CD to CD, then make a direct CD copy. If you want make a copy and only have 1 CD-ROM, save the disc to your hard drive then burn that onto a CD.

If you are using Nero, even if you only have on CD drive you can still use the Copy CD option - Nero will create an image of the CD on your hard drive, then prompt you to put in a blank CD to copy to. Once the copy is complete it will delete the image file. I use it all the time on one of my PCs on which I only have a burner.
