    every hyperlink u clicked

    every packet u sent and received

    every encrypted transmittions (wire tap it then decrypt if they have the resources and determiniation)

    so yeah u r screwed

    They keep logs of the activity of all their clients but will only look at those logs if they have a reason to B)

    In reality they mostly only keep records for a few days, unless there is a specific reason to keep them longer. That is in the UK.

    However the short answer is yes. They know everything you do, who you do it with and for how long.

    That does not mean they know everything you have ever done, they simply don't keep those sort of records. Like I said, unless they have a specific reason to.

    As everyone else has said, YES.

    Everything you do goes through there servers, so they know EVERYTHING, most ISP's dont keep the data for longer than 1week although a few ISP's filter out anything from p2p programs and save that forever, in case someone tries to sue them, so they can just blame you with proof .
