well in America we're normal and have Gas Stations and have camera's and people in the gas station as well so it'd be relativly hard to sneak into someones card without anyone noticing, plus people around here will do that in broad day light and everyone has a gun and prolly shoot back so this is nothing new. London gangs are a little late by about 2 years. LMAO
