can it even do anything w/o a cpu? i had a mobo w/ powersupply and some fans hook up to it...plug it in and nothing happen...put a cpu in there and every thing is working

I just overclocked my graphics card alot haha and like while i was playing i saw little colors flying everywhere...but the gameplay was better!
