what do u recommend clocker? i'm looking at something with a high rpm fan and good heatsink. and don't exceed 25-30 please.

I would first get a 60 to 80mm fan adaptor and a 80mm fan and try that.
Those stock heatsinks are pretty good and I'll bet you would see an improvement just doing the conversion ( and spending a lot less money)..
Converting my stock AMD HS worked just as well as my $50 Zalman....
