Well if you found the password and username by yourself, you should be able to find the URL for level 3 right next to them.

how do you get the user name and password ?

Here is the username and password for level 2...

UserName=Try2Hack
Password=NokiaRocks

When you copy it, make sure there is no spaces in front or after it. Since then it will not register it...

This is how I did it:

On the level 2 webpage go to View > Source
Notepad will popup showing the HTML code of that page.
Search for a .swf file (flash file).
You will find a file called flashlevel2.swf
Now using the address http://www.try2hack.nl/levels/flashlevel2.swf you should be able to get that file.
Open that file with notepad or an hex editor and search for "password".
There you go. Next to the password you'll find the username and the URL for level 3.

Perhaps there are other ways but hey this one works!
