I downloaded the newest k-lite codec and when i try to play the movie there is a green screen with lines thought it and i can't see anything. If i download an older k-lite version can see it but with no sound what should i do. I tried also tried to install the ace mega codec pack but it can't install for some reason what should i do. Any help and or link would be great thanks. happy holidays
Get VideoLan and uninstall the codecs.

I downloaded a full one. I actually got rid of the newest k-lite codec pack and got the one before it. It now works again great thanks for the help though.
You got rid of the new one? And it worked?....lol
