How is Clean KMD 2.4.4 any different than kazaa lite k++ 2.4.3? is it not just the same program with a different name pretty much? Why hasn't sharman told everyone not to host Clean KMD? and since both of those are illegal since the code was taken from sharman, how do programs such as diet kazaa get away with getting rid of the spyware in kazaa?

Kazaa Lite never installs spyware.
DietK let KMD install spyware and then removes it.
