Is that song by 50 if so I disagree I think the best song of 2003 is In the club by 50 cent that song never gets played out to me I will listen to it whenver. That is just one Dre beat u can't beat.
i've gotta say it was "i know i can" by Nas coz it was probably the only rap song of the year that meant something. Plus Nas is the best rapper alive!!!!!!
