Is there a program that lets you record your desktop like make a video of you using your computer, so i can show some dumbass friends how to do some things.

what way do you want to transfer the video? in a cd for him to see in his computer or a vhs video?

I just want to record my desktop like if i opened a window or somthing i could record it then save it to maybe a .mpg file or .avi

O YA what software does some clans use to make there own movies like i saw from one mohaa clan.

Ahhh man know i want a prog that also records games as you play them so i can make a movie from motocross madness 2 like take cool jump scenes and put them together and add music after.

Can someone tell me a prgram that lets me record gameplay Ive tried camtasia and it works but it makes my computer lag like hell!
