    i have used paint loads of times nad never used that tip.
    that is a really simple and straight forward tip for a noob (including me)

    If you have XP, there is a nice simple Power Toy that lets you simply right-click on an image file and select what size you want to make it. The quality is usually pretty good (unless you&#39;re going from very small to very large). You can get it here...
