Xp Install Help!

I went to install and all it did was open zip files. How do I go about actually installing it? I really need help on this. I am a complete noob but am somewhat computer literate. Help Me!!!!!!!!

try opening the folder they were unzipped to.. or re-unzip them to the folder u can identify, and open probably the "install" icon.

I think you need to burn the files to CD first & then change the settings in your bios to boot from CD.
There is NO way you'll be able to install windows while youre in windows.

you could always try buying the cd

I got mine for free from some ms thing where they were promoting vs.net.
got vs.net for free also. I know they sell it dirt cheap at universities and such.
Try there if ur a student.
